St. Modwen Properties Limited is a property investment and development business specialising in the regeneration and remediation of brownfield land and urban environments, delivering exceptional places to live and work.

We supported the St. Modwen Homes division with their CRM Project via establishing new data connections with various industry platforms that will further strengthen their customer centricity strategy.

The problem

Create single data entry points within Salesforce CRM enabling synchronisation of data with the UK’s leading real estate property portals.

The objectives

To develop an automated, robust, secure and sustainable data connection to 3 external sources within 15 days.

Data sources

We reviewed a number of different data sources for this project which included:
  • Rightmove
  • OnTheMarket
  • Zoopla
  • Databricks
We delivered the data solution within the 15 day challenge.


We used our DATA3 Discovery Process to capture all business requirements and reviewed all relevant data sources, technology stacks and API documentation.


We used our DATA³ Design Process to create a robust, secure solution ready for implementation.


We developed the API connections, connected the data to Databricks, tested the solution end-to-end, and provided technical documentation.
