If you have experience working in a data consultancy type role, we want to talk to you. We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker, commercially-savvy, results-orientated with a passion for exceeding customer expectations and takes ideas all the way through from conception to delivery. Your responsibilities

Be responsible for an exceptional client journey from start to finish, owning the relationship with some of our key clients and be their go to person to provide expert data advice at all stages
Sell solutions to new clients, onboard them and lead them through our Data Discovery & Design programme. Identify their data transformation strategy and deliver quality output across multiple build and support phases
Be accountable for delivering client projects to defined time, quality & cost requirements – ensuring that the technical delivery team are well briefed and fully understand the plan and the client’s requirements
Responsible for the client relationship – including regular catchups, strategic input into business plans, taking temperature checks on satisfaction, data problem-solving, growing our network within the business, etc
Accountable for upselling/cross-selling and finding new data opportunities within the client’s business
Be one of the faces of Data³ in the market
Present and communicate insights, findings & results to clients
Escalate & resolve issues swiftly and confidently

Your skills and experience

Significant experience building trust and respect in a similar client-facing data consultancy role
Proven relevant experience working in a data or technology agency or consultancy business
Confident in selling data solutions to senior stakeholders who are often non-technical
Experience leading businesses projects, in an agency or consultancy role
Confident to tackle technology subjects and great at making complex things simple
Awesome presentation and communication skills and an ability to generate a buzz
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, written, listening & verbal communication skills
Proven experience winning the trust and confidence of a variety of stakeholders at all levels
Creative mindset and the ability to come up with new ideas and alternative ways of doing things
The right attitude to work in a small, growing business with a desire to help us improve the way we do things
